Buchanan Modular Refinery

Our Buchanan Refinery project is planned to complete construction in 2024 on the continent of West Africa in Liberia.  Once complete, this 50,000 barrels-per-day modular refinery will be one of the cleanest burning plants with industry changing technology in the world.  Our Buchanan refinery will provide the petroleum needs of the Liberian county producing AGO, PMS and Jet Fuel.  Our strong ties to the Liberian. government include existing cabinet government officials and existing petroleum  tank farm leadership.  We will work seamlessly with Liberian government, existing tank farm management and existing venders to drastically reduce the cost of petroleum products for the region……
